The main contractor is a leading construction company based in North-East of Scotland, renowned for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. Thye are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Works Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen.
Your new role

• Oversee and manage small works projects within Aberdeen City and Shire.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• First Aid certificate.
• Proven experience of managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
