Social Care Worker (Nights) - FLK11783 - Care Appointments

You will be responsible, as part of a team, for the delivery of high quality person centred care for each resident., You will work 33.25 hours per week/74 hours a fortnight on a rota basis and includes working weekends.

You must have knowledge and experience of good care practice in meeting the needs of older people with dementia and those who are clinically frail. You will be able to demonstrate skills in assessment, support planning and recording. You will hold excellent communication skills, be experienced in multidisciplinary working and have a flexible and positive approach to ensure good outcome for the individuals you support.

An SVQ 3 in Social Care is desirable and you must be able to register with the SSSC and qualify within the regulatory timescale of three years.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
