We’re searching for a creative and proactive Social Media and Talent Brand Coordinator who’s ready to make waves in employer branding! In this exciting role, you’ll use social media and digital content to showcase our client's unique culture, career opportunities, and values, driving interest and engagement with diverse, talented candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build Brand Visibility: Design and lead engaging talent attraction campaigns aligned with our client’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Own the Channels: Establish, manage, and develop our client's talent presence across multiple social media channels.
- Creative Content Creation: Develop captivating visual and written content—whether it’s video, images, or storytelling—that highlights our client’s values, culture, and career paths.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather stories and create content that attracts and resonates with future talent.
- Spot & Set Trends: Stay on top of emerging trends in recruitment marketing, finding new ways to reach and attract candidates.
- Measure Success: Track the performance of social media campaigns, analysing data to see what works best and adapting as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Social Media Wizardry: Skilled at setting up and managing multiple social media channels, ideally within talent acquisition or recruitment.
Natural Storyteller: A flair for storytelling with experience in planning, creating, and publishing eye-catching, engaging content across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
Campaign Management: Experience designing and launching social media campaigns targeted at specific roles, events, or teams.
Visual Skills: Experienced with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design tools.
