Role : Software Engineer / C++

Salary : £40k - £50k

Brightwork is delighted to be supporting an Edinburgh based start-up in the food production space.

A Software Engineer that is accustomed to building product from the ground up is required. You will be working across a number of ground-breaking products within the sector.

Skillset:

3+ years' experience as a Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience with C / C++ and looking to further progress their professional career.

Embedded software design and development in C / C++

Background in product development organisations

Desirable additional skills:

Python development, including for test scripts

AWS, Cloud Technologies

Start-up environment exposure

Familiarity or interest in Databases (SQL)

Strong desire for self-development
