Are you passionate about building high-quality software products that thrive in the most demanding environments? Do you love automating tests to ensure software is robust and reliable?

This is exciting to join a dynamic team for an innovative and growing organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that their software meets all functional and non-functional requirements, through a blend of manual and automated testing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Testing software releases throughout the development process.
  • Collaborating with developers and stakeholders in 3 Amigos, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
  • Reviewing requirements and providing feedback on both functional and non-functional aspects during Three Amigos discussions.
  • Crafting detailed test plans and cases within Jira and Zephyr Squad.
  • Executing both manual and partially automated test scripts.
  • Managing bug reports, ensuring timely closure.
  • Developing and running automation scripts using Microsoft Playwright and custom solutions.
  • Configuring test environments and creating/managing test data for both manual and automated scenarios.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes.

Your background:

To excel in this role, you'll need to bring a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in a consultative role, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience writing Test Automation scripts for web applications (e.g., Playwright, Selenium Web Driver)
  • Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive, tech-driven environments.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a highly collaborative team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed analysis and bug reports.
  • The ability to systematically reproduce bugs and communicate steps clearly.
  • A proactive approach in developing deep technical knowledge in the relevant areas of testing.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect reporting processes.

Why this role?

They are looking for someone to grow with them, innovate with them, and contribute to their mission of delivering robust, high-performance products. You'll have the chance to shape testing processes, work with cutting-edge technologies, and enjoy the benefits of a supportive, hybrid work environment.

If you're ready to bring your testing expertise and love for automation to an exciting and challenging role, apply now and be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration!
