In this role, you will impact the development of software solutions for satellites, ground stations, and network services in the Quantum technologies space industry, ensuring their quality and reliability., · Guide a team of software engineers in the development of software solutions for satellites, ground stations, and network services.

· Define and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes.

· Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices to ensure the reliability of our software products.

· Work with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and metrics.

· Drive test automation initiatives and increase test coverage through automation.

· Monitor and analyze software quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Generate and communicate test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
