Role Overview: Automation, Coding, and Endpoint Manager
Lead and support the development of solutions within a diverse tech portfolio, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service delivery. The position is key in leading system advancements, implementing effective change, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to support business outcomes.
Manage system advancements and transformational change, mentoring and guiding a skilled team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation and web development projects aligned with technical roadmaps.
  • Architect secure applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) using tools like Azure Functions and AWS Lambda.
  • Develop web applications in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworks (NodeJS, ReactJS).
  • Oversee endpoint management, including OS distribution and patching via SCCM and Intune.
  • Ensure security-first practices and simplify platform architectures.


Qualifications:
  • Advanced scripting and automation (PowerShell) is a must.
  • Must be able to understand and develop web applications.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and tools like Microsoft Graph API.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management, including Windows OS deployment and application updates.
  • Experience in endpoint management and CI/CD processes.
  • Leadership in technical projects with mentoring experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.


Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of voice tech (SIP, VOIP) and AV systems.
