Are you an experienced Family & Child Law Solicitor looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm that is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal advice and representation to a diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice in family and child law cases, including divorce, financial provision, child contact issues, adoption, and permanence orders.
• Building and managing strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Actively engaging in business development initiatives, PR, and networking to expand the firm’s presence.
• Managing your own caseload with autonomy, ensuring effective risk management and compliance.
• Meeting fee-earning targets while handling financial tasks relevant to your role.
• Utilising negotiation and ADR skills to resolve cases efficiently and effectively.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in family and child law, with a solid track record in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
• A strong technical background with the ability to provide high-quality and efficient service to clients from all walks of life.
• A commercial mindset, with the drive to support business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team when needed.
• A professional, flexible approach with excellent negotiation and ADR skills.
