To be a Chef in our team at Aldourie is a sought after experience. In a stunning baronial castle, with the world renowned Scottish living larder at your disposal, we offer an inspiring work environment and lifestyle, which blends tradition and rich history with contemporary kitchens of the highest specification.

Our Chef team is a close knit, supportive group that is growing and is as committed to each other and to our health and wellness as we are to proving the best experiences for our small groups of discerning guests.

You will be a skilled chef with experience in fine dining or as a private chef, capable of producing memorable culinary experiences for up to 50 people

You'll be passionate about your craft and be ingredient led in your cooking
