Full Job Description
- Meeting with event organisers on a daily basis
- Communicating by phone and email with clients
- Source new sales leads to deliver new business from conferences to weddings and private dining from 4-400 covers
- Provide up to date competitor knowledge
- Meet and exceed client expectations
- Work with the operations team to plan and execute functions to the highest standard
- Produce function sheets and table plans for events
- Take part in weekly & daily operations meetings
- Actively promote the Company in a professional manner
