Location: Fully remote - homebased Salary: £25,358 per annum with bonus and Vodafone benefits Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 08:00 - 18:00 (2 shifts 08:00 - 16:00 and 10:00 - 18:00) At Vodafone UK we believe that through collaboration and connection we can achieve great things. What you'll do You'll ensure the smooth running of customer accounts as a dedicated 'customer champion'. You will deliver exceptional customer service at all times through in-depth customer knowledge and establishing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. You will:
- Own the customer relationship, handling and resolving calls and emails within all service level agreements.
- Provide a focal point to the customer for escalations and more complex queries.
- Liaise with other departments within Vodafone to resolve account queries.
- Provide support to the Account Manager and Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the customer accounts.
- Liaise within Vodafone to resolve technical and network related queries.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the department offers World Class Customer Service at all times.
- Undertake any additional tasks as directed, in the interest of the business and our customers.
- Proactively work outside of the core role to identify and deliver improvements to the customer experience.
- Demonstrate role model behaviours, advocating the products and services that we offer as a business. Who you are You will have:
- A professional & friendly telephone manner.
- Enterprise customer service experience.
- Proven experience of 'championing' or relationship building with main contacts.
- Be a team player.
- Be willing to learn.
- Excellent knowledge of Vodafone internal systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Experience of working within project parameters to improve processes and engagement, which enhances the overall experience customer and staff experience.
