Position

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Staff Nurse at University Hospital Crosshouse.

What you will do:

You will identify and participate in the health needs of clients.

In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care working within the professional standards held in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

You will assist in the leading and monitoring the performance of the Nursing Team and support the Senior Charge Nurse/Deputy Charge Nurse in their absence

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

As well as having a current NMC registration it is also essential that you have evidence of ongoing professional development, effective communication skills, excellent time management skills and possess a strong sense of positive professional behaviours.

You will demonstrate a keen interest in Acute Care of The Elderly, show enthusiasm and have a keen interest within the speciality

Hours:

34.1 per week

Hours will be rotational Days and Nights: 07.30-20.00 and 19.30-08.00
