Full Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern is rotational days and nights.

Exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Emergency Department in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. The Emergency Department is a dynamic and evolving specialty. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our amazing team. Successful applicants should be able to work well within a multidisciplinary team in order to delivery a high standard of patient focused care.

Applicants should have professional standards and excellent communication skills. Applicants will be self-motivated ready to develop their clinical skills within a supportive department with existing strong leadership. Whilst being a busy department we are friendly and approachable with positive relationships across the whole team. 

We are excited to be welcoming new members to our team. There are full time positions (37)-part time hours will be considered and can be discussed at interview.

Rotational 12.5 hours shifts days and nights.
