A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Staff Nurse

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Senior Nurses, you can expect your working day to include the following:

· Providing excellent, holistic, patient centred palliative care.

· Be part of a highly skilled and driven multi-disciplinary team, including Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Pharmacist, Social work, chaplaincy and volunteers.

· Medicine management, care planning and discharge planning.

· Assisting with personal care, nutrition and all activities of daily living.

· Working in a friendly, dynamic, positive and vibrant environment.

Salary: £30,229 - £37,664 (pro-rata)

Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) (pro-rata)

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts - Day (07.30-20.00), Night (19.30-08.00)
