Welding Excellence: Perform consistent MIG welding on 3mm Mild Steel, showcasing your skill and attention to detail.

Safety First: Adhere to industry standards and best practices, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Independent Work: Leverage your skills and knowledge to work independently and deliver projects on time.

Show Your Skills: Demonstrate your welding proficiency during a pre-employment weld test.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Steel Fabricator/Welder.
Proven expertise in MIG welding of 3mm Mild Steel.
The ability to interpret and work independently from detailed fabrication drawings.
A strong grasp of industry standards and a commitment to safe working practices.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Enjoy a 4-day workweek!)

Holidays: 28 days, including bank holidays and a well-deserved Christmas shutdown

Pension: Company Nest pension scheme
