Stock Controller

Your new company
Our client is a manufacturing site which is going through significant growth, and they are looking to add another member of staff into their supply chain team.
Your new role
The Supply Chain team are responsible for procuring materials to facilitate the manufacturing process, managing stocks and arranging for delivery of goods to customers. The key purpose of the Stock Controller is to oversee and accurately record and manage inventories across all UK sites and 3PL providers. Work with operations to ensure regular physical cycle counts are carried out at all sites and the SAP system updated accordingly. Ensure that stock's at 3PLs completely align with inventories on SAP. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions to meet auditing requirements. Identify inefficiencies in inventory control processes and implement improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong presentation and communication skills. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills for administrative tasks. Proficiency in using SAP for data analysis and reporting. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies. The ability to analyse data, identify trends and make decisions to optimise control processes. Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

What you'll get in return
They offer flexible working and the core hours of work are Monday-Thursday 0900-1700 and Friday 0900-1330. A salary of 35,000 with 34 days annual leave.
