Carry out regular team meetings with the leaders to review performance, keep team aware of business targets and objectives and identify areas of focus.

Ensure the leaders are utilizing Manpower planning tools to organise teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Coordinate and collaborate with Stock & Logistics Manager, Product Manager, Terminal Manager and CSM to review customer complaints, replenishment actions, sales focus, and store progress., World Duty Free will provide a full induction and comprehensive training, to ensure the best start for you and your new role.
