As a Store Manager at Rogerson Shoes, youll be the driving force behind an energetic and successful team. Your leadership will ensure that the shop floor is always buzzing, creating an atmosphere that delights both customers and staff.

What Youll Do:

  • Inspire Sales Success: Lead by example to drive sales and hit targets.

  • Create an Amazing Experience: Make the shop floor an exciting place for customers and a motivating environment for your team.

  • Daily Operations: Keep the store running smoothly by planning and organizing daily tasks.

  • Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and develop your team to deliver top-notch customer service.

  • Stock & Visual Merchandising: Manage inventory and ensure the store looks its best, from window displays to the shop floor.
