As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the branch. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for travel, and a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. You will oversee the sales team providing coaching, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and providing guidance and support to team members.

  • Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive business growth.

  • Work with your team on their own Personal Development Plans and set goals for progression and achievement

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel-related information.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

  • Stand as a proud ambassador for Barrhead Travel, ensuring positive brand promotion internally and externally
