Store Team Leader

We currently have an opportunity for a Store Team Leader to work 12 hours per week in our Cambuslang outlet on Hamilton Road, Glasgow ., Our network of 83 locations UK wide offers an opportunity to progress within an organisation that is part of a FTSE100 company who have demonstrated consistent growth for many years. About the role : Using your excellent customer service skills, you will be responsible for serving our customers and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. Complying with company policy in relation to health and safety, cash management and stock management, you'll play your part in ensuring the store remains compliant, and that it's sales targets are continuously achieved., We have a strong culture of safety and compliance principles driven by our dedicated Safety F1rst and Doing the Right Thing initiatives. This, teamed with many programs of learning, development and talent nurture mean we are able to support our colleagues to thrive within a fast paced environment. • Polite and professional, You'll have some customer service experience and excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have experience of working with a retail store with the ability to deliver success in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
  
  The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour (the Real Living Wage) with an Acting Up Allowance.
