Full Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for a Stores Coordinator to join our existing team at our Great Yarmouth base. This is a permanent full time position offering 37.5 hours a week. The role will be responsible for the coordination of all stores functions including stock control, incoming and outgoing stock and materials as well as the delivery and pick-up of EnerMech equipment that will optimize and improve the movement of freight with the use of the company's trucks.
Other main duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Manoeuvre trucks into loading or unloading positions, and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned

  • Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles and using other equipment as necessary

  • Accurately maintaining and monitoring stock and stock levels, advising requirements to procurement for timely reordering

  • Booking incoming stock and materials into the ERP system, matching up purchase orders, checking quantity, quality, and certification of incoming products

  • Pick and issue all stock requested for workshops and business lines including raw materials and spares, locate in designated area and updating ERP system daily

  • Advise procurement and relevant business line of any shortages against requested stock

  • Conduct checks to ensure all despatch documentation including certification is complete

    To be successful for this position you must have a Full UK driving license and a valid B1 Forklift licence. You will have previous Stock Control experience as well as Goods In/Goods Out. You will have experience using ERP Systems, Outlook, Word and Excel.
