As a Storesperson at NOV ISE in Kintore, you will be responsible for the receiving and uploading of materials to and from the site. Your attention to detail will ensure that materials and services are correctly receipted onto our computerized stock system. You will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely picking of projects, adhering to the needs of the business. Additionally, you will pick and pack goods for onwards shipping according to company guidelines. In this position, you will also have the possibility to work overtime, providing additional earning opportunities.,

• Receive and manage materials: Ensure timely receipt and accurate entry of purchased goods and services into our computerized stock system.


• Pick, pack, and ship: Accurately pick projects and pack materials for shipping, ensuring all items meet company guidelines and customer needs.


• Quality control: Check material certifications against purchase orders and standards to maintain compliance and accuracy.


• Stock management: Participate in daily cycle counts, stocktaking activities, and report any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.


• General warehouse duties: Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, preparing delivery paperwork, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  
  General High School education (or equivalent).


• Experience as a Storesperson or relevant skills in storage management.


• Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management.


Desirable:


• Prior experience in a manufacturing stores environment.


• Forklift License (training available if needed).
