Student Experience Administration Assistant

35 hours per week

Permanent

Ayr Campus

£28,564 per annum

Ayrshire College has an exciting opportunity available to join the Student Experience Team. This position would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment and excels at being customer focused, providing a professional service at all times.

 

You will be responsible for maintaining effective administration procedures and systems, you will provide high-quality administrative assistance including diary management, data input, arranging meetings and preparing reports and all other documentation to support the activities of the service.

 

You will be educated to SVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification or have equivalent relevant experience. Experience of providing administrative support within a customer-focused environment is essential, as is the ability to collate and present data and information in final format.  You will have a comprehensive working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite.
