Job Title: Sub Agent (Civil Engineering)
Start Date: 23rd September
Location: Central Belt
Job Type: Temporary (Minimum 4 months)

Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join their team for an upcoming project in the Central Belt. This temporary role, lasting a minimum of 4 months, offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong site supervision and project management experience in civil engineering.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of RAMS/SSOW Packs: Develop Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure all activities are planned and executed safely.
  • Subcontractor Supervision: Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and that all health and safety protocols are rigorously enforced.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records to ensure all work meets the required standards.
  • Permit Issuance: Manage and issue work permits, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety procedures.

 What You Can Expect:

  • Duration: Minimum 4 months
  • Start Date: 23rd September
  • Rate: £300 per day (Gross)
  • Payment Methods: PAYE or CIS

 Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the civil engineering industry.
  • Civil Engineering Qualification: A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • SMSTS Certification: Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification is essential.
  • First Aid Certification: A valid First Aid certification is required.
