Your new role

As a Sub Agent on aSubstation Construction project, you will play a crucial role in managing siteoperations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the higheststandards of safety and quality. You will oversee resource allocation, liaisewith stakeholders, and provide technical expertise to ensure the successfulcompletion of the project. Additionally, you'll lead and support teams to meetkey milestones, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrable experience in civil engineering or construction projects, ideally involving substations or similar infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• The ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to challenges as they arise.
