Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for your next opportunity? Join our clients Investment Risk team in Glasgow as a Suitability Administrator and play a key role in delivering exceptional support and service to their Investment Managers.


About the Role


As a Suitability Administrator, you’ll provide a first-class suitability service, assisting Investment Managers with their suitability workload, administration, advice, and training. This is a crucial role within the organisation, ensuring compliance with Suitability and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations while fostering strong relationships across the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse client financial background information and attitude to risk questionnaires, identifying any incomplete or contradictory details.
  • Manage the full suitability lifecycle, from onboarding clients to maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Liaise with Investment Managers to provide tailored guidance and draft correspondence for client communications.
  • Produce client-facing reports for approval by Investment Managers.
  • Handle your own workload with precision, ensuring accuracy, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and chase outstanding queries.
  • Support the team through training and upskilling initiatives.

About You:


We’re looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge, and experience:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes, work under pressure, and prioritise effectively.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to show initiative.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate.
