About the role/responsibilities:

• As a Supervisor you will be leading the team by example and provide the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street from start to finish


• Engage with customers and staff members alike


• Help your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements


• Strive for operational excellence


• Assist with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team


• Adhering to company policies and guidelines


• Promote the schuh brand through our core service values, If you're browsing online, add to your basket and collect for FREE with our in-store delivery. And while you're in, trade in your old pair for a £5 discount as part of our Sell Your Soles sustainability scheme.
