Supervisor Credit & Collections

NOV Rig Technologies is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Supervisor to join our team in the UK. You can be based in any of our UK offices, overseeing a team of 6-8 direct reports located in various regions. In this role, you will manage the UK Credit & Collections team while handling daily Accounts Receivable and Collections tasks.,

• Follow up daily with customers on overdue balances.


• Monitor customer credit lines, collections, and account balances to ensure compliance with payment terms and minimize credit risk.


• Provide management with credit reports and analyses as required.


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project, and Administration teams to resolve payment delays.


• Supervise cash application activities within the team.


• Recommend expected write-off exposures for management to account for the Doubtful Account Reserve.


• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports.
  
  Experience in a finance or accounting role.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow.


• Previous experience managing teams (desirable).
