Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Administrator to join our B&M team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. Your role will be to Providing support to the Finance and Buying & Merchandising team, working closely with key supplier and Stores. The role focuses on purchase order management, invoice processing and handling enquiries across the business. Our Supplier Administrator role offers a hybrid pattern of home working and working from our Central Support Office after the probationary period. You can choose to work more frequently in the office if you'd prefer.
Role responsibilities
· Support supplier delivery compliance
· Processing invoices and preparing for payment
· Completing regular Store and Supplier support
· Purchase order and Product receipt management
· Investigating queries by communicating with our various departments and stores
Measures of success
· Invoices are processed with accuracy and KPIs are met
· Our suppliers and colleagues throughout the business receive great service.
· Issues are handled efficiently
