Supply Chain Admin

Under the Supply Chain Manager responsibility, the Logistics and Admin support role is responsible for device, parts & consumable ordering, processing and monitoring. Schedule Monday through Friday - 18.75 hours General:

• Order/process/distribute device/parts/consumables stock and monitor/amend stock levels in-line with usage/demand
• Assign remanufactured/PDI stock to/from priority lists
• Run daily picking lists for UK engineers & remanufacturing team
• Contact customers to arrange device deliveries
• Monitor and process devices for sale to trade companies
• Process remanufacturing build sheets
• Updating remanufacturing Smartsheets for sales install monitoring
• Dealing with sales calls/demands relevant to priority lists
• Device/parts/consumable stock taking
• Process CAR claims for Xerox items
  
  Knowledge of Office suite (mainly Excel & Word)
• Ability to work with different teams/individuals in the department & within wider company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good memory and eye for detail
