Full Job Description

We are looking for a committed Supply Chain Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will ensure new inquiries are scheduled and fulfilled to meet customer expectations. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while continually enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to manage relationships and provide top-tier service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for processing customer purchase orders for new deliveries with all the necessary information. - Ensuring purchase orders are sent to suppliers and confirm they are received ahead of the delivery taking place. - Deliver customer service excellence. - Conduct outbound proactive supplier and customer calls. - Respond to incoming customer and supplier correspondence via email and telephone. - Build strong rapport with suppliers to ensure a good working relationship is maintained. - Resolve product or service
problems; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Report on supplier performance. - Assist with further departmental tasks including but not limited to processing invoices, inputting supplier ticket information onto MyEnva and supplier management administration tasks.

Experience of working within a target driven environment and an understanding of CRM would be beneficial. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong phone contact handling skills, negotiating and active listening. - Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time / workload effectively. - Strong attention to detail while working under pressure. - Ability to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the department. - Highly focused on delivering results and objectives with a strong personal commitment to supporting the business in achieving its goals in a changing environment. - Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and adopt a professional approach in all interactions - should be transparent, open, and honest in all dealings. - Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and / or
systems. - A willingness to learn and a track record of improvement via personal development and/or training courses.
