At our Stonehaven service, we support vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible.

We provide a wide range of support in this area, including providing social support, Keeping fit at the Gym or Yoga, carriage Driving and Swimming. The people we support are always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and may provide support with:

  • Medication administration

  • Cooking and home maintenance

  • Social support and support to achieve personal goals

  • Managing the finances of the people we support


  • Our team provide support every day but we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns from Monday-Sunday from 7am - 10 pm. We need staff to be able to do sleepovers. We are Currently recruiting for a full time post or 2 part time positions.

    The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun!

    We like people who are reliable and honest and are able to remain calm under pressure, so they can support people effectively and build fantastic relationships

    We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
