Support Worker

We're seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our care service - could this be you?, At 1st Homecare we treat our people with the same respect, care and consideration that we show to the people we support. The role will include visiting several homes within a shift providing the people we support with daily living tasks which are inclusive of assisting with all aspects of personal care, meal preparation, meal being served, medication prompt, catheter care. The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. As a care at home support worker, you will provide support with:

  Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own! You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.

  1st Homecare, a specialist provider of personalised homecare support operating throughout Scotland. We provide a range of care and support services for vulnerable adults.
  
  Shifts will follow the below work pattern;
• Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday - working 7am - 2pm - break, then 4pm - 10pm - 40 hours
• Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday working 7am - 2pm - break, then 4pm - 10pm - 30 hours
