We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The role involves supporting clients at home and in the community. We have a vast amount of job vacancies, that cover a wide range of different shift patterns. There is something to suit everyone!, Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Help with mobility and transferring of clients, including heavy lifting when necessary Implement behaviour management strategies as required Support clients through understanding and patience Drive clients to appointments or outings when needed. A valid driving license, with your own vehicle and willingness to drive adapted vehicles is essential. Full in-depth training will be provided. Overtime is readily available for staff interested. Registration with the SSSC and Disclosure Scotland's PVG scheme, are an essential requirement of this post. Applications for both will be made only after a conditional offer of employment is made.
