Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of those you care for. Your duties may include:

• Providing compassionate personal care - Assisting with dressing, mobility, and daily tasks
• Encouraging independence - Supporting service users to engage in physical and social activities
• Promoting well-being - Helping clients stay active through mobility support and engaging activities
• Ensuring a safe environment - Following care plans and maintaining a high standard of care
  
  Experience - 6+ months of paid UK care experience within the past 3 years
• Registration - If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you'll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England)
• Qualities - A compassionate nature, professionalism, and teamwork skills
• Skills - Ability to support clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
