Full Job Description

Working in a hybrid style with Through Care After Care Team, based at home and 5 City Square Social Work office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week., You will provide supervisory and support services and carry a caseload of appropriate cases. Work alongside and under the direction of a senior or professionally qualified worker to carry out specific tasks.

You will have 60 relevant credit points towards first year of social work degree (one of HNC in social care or social sciences, K100, K101 or DD100)., You will have experience of working with relevant service user groups.

You will have good oral and written communication skills, an understanding of issues affecting relevant service group and good planning and organisational skills. You will have a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

You must be able to work flexibly between 8am - 8pm., Disability Confident
