As a Supporting Services Agreement (SSA) Leader, you will be responsible for the successful execution of SSA contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and technical quality. You will leverage your expertise in rotating equipment technology and Bently Nevada products to deliver high-quality services and insights.
As a Supporting Services Agreement Leader, you will be responsible for:
Execute SSA contracts within defined scope, cost, and timelines.
Communicate scope or cost changes with the contract manager/team leader.
Ensure execution quality, provide technical advisory, and deliver timely reports.
Establish trust and credibility with customers, addressing pain points and satisfaction metrics.
Deliver on operational excellence metrics and address billability concerns.
Apply knowledge in the mechanics of rotating equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain a knowledge base of contract coordination and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
Exhibit strong customer communication and reporting skills post-activity completion.
Perform advanced analysis of machinery vibration data to deliver actionable insights.
Fuel your passion

Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Possess strong technical knowledge and certifications in rotating equipment technology.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage single or multiple accounts under pressure.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Be adaptable to new technologies and work independently to drive results.
Understanding of rotating equipment technology and the ability to apply this expertise in the field.
Have a background in Bently Nevada product line.
Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in System1 and BN 3500 Rack field operations.
Provide diagnostics expertise in machinery diagnostics of rotating equipment.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
