Full Job Description

You'll be responsible for managing the development and implementation of the firm's Sustainability strategy across all our offices internationally. In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Project manage the different sustainability activities across the business to ensure we meet our sustainability targets and commitments.

  • Build engagement and embed sustainability across the business.

  • Communicate our sustainability strategy and progress effectively across all our stakeholders.

  • Work in collaboration with key stakeholders, including clients both internally and externally to help reduce the firm's emissions and environmental impact and implement areas of improvement and innovation across the firm.

  • Liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and work with stakeholders to prepare reports and presentations for internal and external submission/distribution.

  • Support sustainability committees and champions across the business.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on sustainability.

  • Represent the firm at industry forums, networks and other external events.

  • We're looking for you to have 2/3 years+ experience of sustainability and environmental management, ideally within a similar role. To be successful in this role you'll need:
    Track record in delivering projects and change.
    Strong project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables within a tight timeframe
    Strong awareness of the developing climate change and sustainability agenda and relevance to the firm
    Experience of working globally across multiple locations and with many stakeholders of different seniority.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written, spoken and presentational with a demonstrated experience of delivering excellent levels of client service.
    Ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external clients and excellent influencing and networking skills
    Experience of employee engagement and communication
    Knowledge and experience of preparing and submitting external sustainability reports
    Strong data analysis and management skills.
    A confident, proactive individual prepared to take a hands-on approach to managing their workload using their own initiative
