Systems Support Analyst

FinTech Recruitment Solutions is working with a fast-moving, dynamic business who are looking to recruit a Systems Support Analyst to join their IT team. Working within a small team this role will gain exposure to several different systems and technology due to the size and fast-paced nature of our client's business.

This position will support the business's global operations and IT projects whilst working closely with other IT members based in the Middle East. This role will work closely with their current ERP system along with various business applications. Working within a Microsoft stack including MS365, MS Servers, Windows 10/11 and Azure.

Our client is also comfortable with which level they recruit, either a 1st line/helpdesk processing with 2+ years experience or an experienced 2nd/3rd line engineer with 5+ years experience which is shown by the wide salary banding.

Candidates will have excellent people skills and be able to work to tight deadlines and support team members.
