TA Project Manager (Financial Services)

Eden Scott's client is seeking an experienced Transfer Agent Project Manager with a proven track record in Financial Services? Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in Edinburgh on a 6-month contract to lead and manage key projects within their financial services division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within the Transfer Agency department to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to throughout the project.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and recommend solutions to any challenges that arise.
• Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and ensuring that goals are achieved.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the financial services industry, specifically in Transfer Agency.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Agency processes, systems, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
