As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring team experience. In this position, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to our Talent Acquisition team as we work towards our talent strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise in areas such as sourcing strategies and employer branding. Furthermore, you will have the rewarding opportunity to foster connections and promote our company culture across various teams and departments., Manage a high volume of specialized end-to-end recruitment within a broad geographical areaBuild trust and credibility with geographically dispersed clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruitment life cycleUnderstand current and future hiring needs and assess the labor market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies, especially in the Benelux regionPartner with recruiters to implement new networking and sourcing strategies to improve candidate pipelinesDrive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process and successfully close top candidatesEnsure consistent process management that balances compliance, business needs, and efficient candidate experienceActively employ TA technology and social media platforms to attract talent, publicize job openings, and strengthen our employer reputation.Participate in local, regional, global, and cross-functional projectsMay perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience recruiting niche commercial and sales talent across EMEA., Experience in recruiting commercial-focused talentBroad understanding of EMEA recruitment markets and associated legislation requirementsRobust experience in full life cycle recruiting or within a search firm/RPO, preferably in a large-matrixed environmentStrong client management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM); knowledge of Workday Recruit is advantageousExpertise in a variety of sourcing channels, including direct approaches, BOOLEAN searches, and networkingExperience in the Life Sciences and/or Pharma industry is highly advantageousBachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experienceProficiency in German or French language(s) is advantageous
