Talent Acquisition Specialist - FTC 12 Months

Eden Scott are partnering with our client, a popular name on the market, to recruit a Talent Acquisition specialist on a fixed term contract for 12 months initially.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly fantastic team, to lead the end to end hiring lifecycle within their fast paced environment, working across a variety of disciplines within their Commercial Team, however, there will be opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business also.

• Build pipelines of candidates from the very best the global market has to offer, with a multi-channel approach
• Innovate, experiment, learn and share with the Talent Acquisition team and wider organisation
• Use good data, wisely, to shape our recruiting strategy
• Help to increase the employer brand awareness to support the engagement process
• Utilise your experience in directly approaching passive candidates, owning the relationship through to closing and beyond
• Collaborate with internal partners across the organisation to build a user first approach
• Obsess about continually improving the candidate journey and enhancing candidate's experience
• Be endlessly curious - question how we will be better, leaner, more efficient to see ideas through to execution
