Full Job Description
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business to understand business priorities and challenges and gain an intimate understanding of the learner context.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, and analyze feedback from existing programs to implement improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement learning experiences that are innovative, engaging, and impactful, using instructional design best practices, and experimenting with emerging technology.
- Facilitate the delivery of learning experiences.
- Evaluate learning experience impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; continually refining and enhancing offerings.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize participation and learning application.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, supporting their learning and growth.
This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and, collaboration and is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future growth trajectory of HubSpot., Track record of designing and implementing successful learning and talent development experiences to improve individual and organizational performance. - 6-9+ years of experience in learning and development or related role, with experience solving for a variety of audiences including leaders and managers.
- Extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience facilitating learning with a variety of audiences.
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to confidently make decisions about the right learning solutions and rally others around your vision and plan.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Experience working with external suppliers and vendors.
