The Company:


AgileCadence is a Microsoft Partner with Business Applications designation, helping Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX users with Performance, Licensing, Managed Services, Cloud Services and DevOps. We are an elite team of Dynamics 365 professionals with over 150 years of shared experience working in the Microsoft space. What we don’t know about Microsoft Dynamics isn’t worth knowing.

Salary Package and Benefits:

£38,000-£50,000

You will be:


Supporting the company with the implementation of exciting HR and wellbeing strategies and initiatives.


Passionate about growing our team – you are responsible for driving our recruitment, ensuring that growth targets are met, that any new candidates are aligned to our values and are a good fit for our unique culture.


Building AgileCadence’s employer profile within the industry. Working closely with managers to understand their requirements. This may involve occasional travel to support and promote the business.


Working closely with Managers on all recruitment and onboarding related activities, helping to guide them in the process and ensure all candidates have a fantastic welcome to AgileCadence.


Creating and maintaining robust HR policies and processes across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring that we are always legally compliant and that company process is followed.


Providing managers and employees with support, advice, and guidance – you help to educate our team on their role and responsibilities in all people related matters, processes, and policies.


Assisting in employee engagement activities, making sure AgileCadence has that ‘fun’ feeling every day.


Working closely with the team to ensure exposure to a variety of initiatives and projects relating to our HR and wellbeing strategies.


The ultimate champion for health and wellbeing at AgileCadence, supporting us in creating a culture that promotes a focus on the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team.


Flexible – you understand that you may be asked to take on other responsibilities or tasks that are not referred to above, but that fall within the remit of your skills and abilities.




About you:


•    You are ideally educated to BA Honors Degree level and professionally qualified (CIPD).


•    You have a proven track record as a HR generalist at an advisory level, preferably in a fast growth business and you are comfortable operating in a stand-alone role.


•    You have sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices – we trust you to keep us right.


•    You are resilient, practical and a real self-starter; you are comfortable working on your own and as part of a team.


•    You have superb spoken and written communication skills, and a passion for working with people.


•    You can build a rapport with people, quickly developing their trust and handling any confidential matters with sensitivity.


•    You are highly organised with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise workload, with multiple conflicting demands.


•    Customer focus – you work hard to understand our customer’s needs, always striving to exceed expectations.


•    Whilst you might be approached with individual problems you are solutions focused for all and can look at the bigger picture.


•    You are an amazing brand ambassador for AgileCadence – you share and live our values every day.
