Join Deloitte's market-leading Mobility tax team and begin your expatriate tax experience in a genuinely varied role. This opportunity can offer you a stimulating blend of technical compliance and advisory work, allowing you to interact with and make an impact on an impressive range of clients. Broaden your expertise - multiply your options. You'll become part of an established and profitable, growing practice, with the support and leadership of a dedicated and highly experienced local senior team. You will benefit from early client exposure and assist on client engagements, taking ownership of your workload and building relationships with your clients. We take your development very seriously. You'll benefit from continuous training and ATT exam support, with a transparent, interactive performance management process. With no micromanagement or quotas for promotion, you'll be empowered to manage your own workload and achieve career goals that you set yourself. Responsibilities include: · Being an integral team member serving a range of multi-national clients, including UK-HQ'd plcs, Overseas-owned or Privately owned; · Assisting with the advising of and guiding clients on structuring, planning and execution of global talent deployment; · Getting involved in wider global talent and workforce structuring and remuneration advisory projects; · Playing an integral part of the delivery of UK expatriate tax returns and employer compliance obligations; · Conducting entry and exit consultations with expatriates; · Working with our international network to deliver joined-up, thoughtful advice

These roles do not require specific Mobility-Tax experience but a strong academic background (A-levels; degree or equivalent) is necessary.   • an appetite to deliver great service to internal teams and to our external clients;
  • personal resilience, and a high-level of commitment and tenacity;
  • the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels;
  • excellent time management skills;
  • a desire to work towards a professional tax qualification (ATT), as an integral part of beginning a defined career path.

    Companies increasingly see the successful global deployment and management of their workforce as an enabler to sustained and enhanced growth. As such, Deloitte's Global Employer Services (GES) practice, which currently serves over 2,000 corporate clients across 130 global locations, has significant expansion plans and is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our multi-disciplinary team and be at the forefront of assisting our clients to meet the challenges of global working and maximise the associated opportunities.
