What is the role?

Family First is a new and innovative multi-agency cluster based approach to providing support to families within South Ayrshire. In the role of Family First Teacher you will play an integral role in our highly skilled and committed peripatetic cluster teams. We are looking for a highly skilled teacher who is passionate about improving outcomes for disengaged and dysregulated children and young people across primary and secondary sectors. You will work as an effective member of the team to deliver a flexible, high quality education which meets the needs of young children and their families. You will offer support to vulnerable young people and families to increase involvement and participation in school related activities and to improve overall educational attainment, achievement and attendance at school.

The Grade of this post is Teacher (Maingrade) with an annual salary from £23,193 to £29,109.
