The Opportunity:
To provide professional administrative support to Business School courses within a creative and changing academic environment: supporting teaching and assessment processes for a number of courses; engaging with undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) students, course organisers and the academic community. To contribute to and deliver an exceptional and distinctive experience for our students.
The salary for this post is £25,733 to £28,381 per annum.
Your skills and attributes for success:
· Accurate, thorough, and methodical approach, for example, data entry, checking of marks on the Assessment and Progression Tool (APT).
· Competent and proven digital and IT skills; Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel – including Office 365 and SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email, web.
· Ability to plan, prioritise and organise a demanding workload as part of a collaborative team.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, helpful, approachable and confident manner towards students and staff.
· Able to make own decisions and exercise judgement.
· Resourcefulness.
