Full Job Description
We are seeking a Health and Social Care Assessor to deliver Level 2-5 Adult Care Apprenticeship Standards to learners in various care settings. The role involves assessing, coaching, and supporting learners and employers to ensure timely qualification achievement. Delivery includes a mix of face-to-face and remote sessions, with some group teaching. This peripatetic role requires flexibility and experience in delivering integrated learning programs to meet employer and learner needs.
This role is looking for an individual who has experience in delivering apprenticeships standards in adult social care and residential childcare.
Although the working hours per week of 37.5 will tend to be between 8.30am and 5pm, there may be occasions where there is requirement to visit apprentices in the workplace who work shift patterns that includes night shifts in a care home therefore a requirement to be flexible to meet the needs of the apprentices will be required.
+ Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies, communications, and suppliers to support business needs with an emphasis on Microsoft based products
+ Experience with Windows desktop OS and Office 365
+ Familiarity with a broad range of hardware including printers, tablets, mobiles, and laptops
+ Previous extensive experience in IT and/or Telecoms Service Desk experience
