The Royal Hospital for Children are delighted to advertise an exciting opportunity for Band 6 Theatre Practitioners. We are looking for well-motivated, hardworking Paediatric & Adult trained Nurses and ODPs to join our dynamic theatre team. Specialising in all roles within theatre, leading a well skilled team in the care of the paediatric patient during anaesthesia & surgery, the successful candidate will be part of a large multidisciplinary specialty and will work together with the rest of the theatre department to promote team work and quality care. We work on a rotational basis, mainly working 10 hour shift patterns and you would be expected to cover a variety of shifts including early, late, weekends and on-calls. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience within the theatre specialty. We are looking for the best candidate with excellent leadership skills.
