This role is based in our Retirements Team, and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven people leader to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. We're looking for someone to further embed our strong culture of trusting colleagues to do the right thing for our customers. You will promote and lead initiatives to enhance our ways of working, and support everyone to bring their best self to work every single day. You'll lead, support and encourage the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high standards of accuracy, whilst also supporting the Senior Leadership Team and being pro-active in identify risks and resolving issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, versatile and bold individual to take a pivotal role in the success of this team. What you'll need The skills to lead, coach and role model a Customer Service team, whilst showcasing personal development and championing the group values. The ability to identify improvement opportunities for existing processes, systems and procedures to improve customer experience whilst embracing curiosity and innovation to simplify the way we do things. You will take ownership of risk by proactively identifying and promptly call out opportunities to improve our control environment to ensure all customers receive fair outcomes. This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime as either requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed as a role capable of providing 'significant harm' to customers. Due to this, successful candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting, and required to complete a fitness and propriety attestation on commencement in role.
